Turnips #2

Turnip Salad with Mustard Dressing
1/3 cup mayonnaise or plain yogurt
1 tbsp whole grain mustard
2 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp chopped chives
1 pound turnips peeled and shredded
Salt and Pepper to taste
Lettuce leaves for serving if desired

In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise/yogurt, mustard, lemon juice, and chives. Blend well.
Add the turnips and toss. Season with salt and pepper and cover. Refrigerate for 1-2 hours. Spoon onto lettuce leaves and serve.
